borrowed vacation photos...
I am pretty busy right now, catching up from vacation, getting ready for trevor's birthday, and school, and cleaning, so.... Seriously, we are really adjusting well to the new workload, and the babies are just old enough to cooperate with our efforts. I have to pull late nights to get my homework finished, but as long as everything is getting finished, I am happy. I have gotten A's on all my quizzes and assignments so far, but I haven't turned in much yet, and I am waiting on the grade for my only full test (in spanish). So, I am not really past the first big scores in anything yet. I think I got an A on my Spanish test, but I am pretty sure I made a few mistakes, so hopefully I fixed them and don't remember. I did get a 100% on my first speech and a 95% on my first quiz in Algebra, so that is reassuring. We will see. I haven't turned in anything in American History or Physics yet, because all of my grade in those classes depends on the tests. That is slightly worrisome to me, but I'm sure I will be fine. So, with that said, I wanted to show some of the fantastic vacation pictures that a relative of our brother in law took and shared with everyone. His name is Sarsi Dezon, and his pictures were fantastic. I was especially grateful that he let us all use them, because my flash failed during the treasure hunt. We all went down to the beach kind of last minute and had our pictures taken. He also took some during the treasure hunt and during other times on the beach. So, here they are...

Videos from the beach one....
While we were at the beach Jewel started to properly identify a few colors, which is not related to much else that I am going to say, but I just had to announce it. Aside from the colors, she and Trevor learned to body board. No, really, they were both riding waves on little boards, for real. Jewel was fearless and by the last day even Trevor was letting the waves knock him around without much complaint. Jewel only cried when her board got away! We were all shocked, and she attracted little crowds of spectators because it was too much to see such a little thing get thrown around by waves and just keep going back for more. I will have to post the pictures and videos in little bits because I am busy, but, there are some great pictures this year, just wait and see! These videos are in no particular order, but the numbers give you some clues about their sequencing.
